What counts as an emergency
Total cooling loss in occupied spaces, water leaks threatening equipment or interiors, burning odors from mechanical rooms, or refrigeration risks for temperature-sensitive goods all warrant immediate attention. If it can safely wait for business hours, we will tell you.

Emergency diagnostics start at $149. Standard business-hours diagnostics are $89. Repair costs beyond the diagnostic are quoted before we proceed, with written options for repair vs. replacement when relevant.

How dispatch works
